Each year, the Eastern Counties Rottweiler Club proudly hosts its “Dog of the Year” charity event, bringing together members and supporters to celebrate the breed while raising vital funds for the Rottweiler Welfare Association and Rottweilers in Need. This raffle is part of that effort, with every ticket helping to support the care, rescue, and rehoming of Rottweilers who need it most.
The Prize
Step aboard Churnet Valley Railway’s THE POLAR EXPRESS™ for a magical journey to the North Pole. From the moment our vintage steam locomotive steams into view, families in pyjamas are swept into a festive adventure filled with live entertainment, singing chefs, the story brought to life, hot chocolate and cookies, and a special visit from Santa himself. The only UK experience powered by an authentic American-built steam engine—this is your golden ticket to Christmas wonder. All aboard!
****Tickets will be available to purchase until 14th November. Once sales close, all entries will be placed into a random computerised draw to ensure complete fairness, and the winning ticket will be selected. The lucky winner will then receive their tickets by email, ready for their festive adventure. The prize is a magical trip on THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Christmas Experience taking place on 5th December. The journey departs from the beautifully preserved Froghall Station (postcode ST10 2HA) at 1:00pm, where guests will step aboard the steam train for an unforgettable ride to the North Pole. ****
